FEAST – Get Cornwall Singing

As part of Cornwall’s Cultural Strategy, CYMAZ was invited to set the tone!

Singing runs through our veins, it’s helped shape our cultural history and its popularity today is increasing across all generations.   As part of the FEAST programme, CYMAZ has been working in partnership with highly acclaimed Cornish maestro Vicky Abbot (Wildworks MD, Acorn Arts Centre, Eden Choir Leader) to keep singing in the heart of our communities.  Over the course 2009 we have been providing a fantastic range of training and mentoring opportunities for people to train and build skills as Community Choir leaders, to lead and form choirs in their communities.
